The Pine Hill Board of Education announces the following vacancy:

 

District: Assistant To Buildings and Grounds/Night Supervisor

Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m.

Position Available:  January 2, 2027

 

Salary:  $65,000 (negotiable with experience) 

1. QUALIFICATIONS:
   1. Must possess and maintain a current New Jersey Black Seal boiler operator’s
   license. Upon employment, if you do not possess one, you must obtain it immediately.
   Must possess and maintain a current New Jersey driver’s license.
   2. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident
   alien status.
   Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees
   to obtain residency within one year of employment.
   3. Must be able to read, write, and verbalize work-related directions and instructions
   with sufficient skill to perform effectively.
   4. Must have required knowledge of current standard housekeeping procedures
   and materials, including the function of all housekeeping machines and
   equipment.
   5. Must be competent in computerized programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the
   work order system, and Google Suite.
   6. Must be efficient in processing requisitions and comfortable with vendor
   relationships.
   7. Must be proficient in scheduling personnel.
